She is the founder of Sassyfly Luxury Events and the owner of Nolech Luxury Rentals. Her experience spans luxury weddings, cultural celebrations, galas, milestone events, event rentals, creative direction, production, team leadership, and business development.
Doreen understands that beautiful events are only the visible result. Behind every successful experience are decisions, budgets, systems, contracts, vendors, teams, timelines, pressure, and the responsibility of caring for a client's most meaningful moments.
Her approach is practical, honest, and deeply personal. She teaches from lived experience—the successes, mistakes, challenges, and lessons that helped her grow as both a creative and a CEO.
